INFORMATION-I slightly toasted pistachios, chopped fine and become a pure good pasta for multiple uses of gastronomy as the preparation of ice cream.

A ricchigia, name of the place where we produce pistachio for more than fifty years, is located in the lower part of Bronte (Catania), where there are the so-called "lochia", between earth and rocks Etna watching us from above. Our parents began to grow these lands with so much love and sweat and since the sixties did know our pistachios worldwide.

Our goal, is to think of the safety and health of our consumers pistachio constantly subjecting our products to strict quality controls. The collection of the pistachio is performed every two years between the end of August and beginning of September on steep terrain.
